Hi,

My name is Joy Seroussi, I'm in my sixties, a father of three and I live in Tel Aviv and in Plomari.

Music has always been a part of my life but up until a few years ago, it was mostly to listen or to dance to.

I began writing songs since the end of 2022 and since then, I have written twenty something songs, created about 15 tunes and recorded 5 songs.

My songs are a form of self-therapy for me and are mostly based on stories, thoughts and feelings on dealing with the ups and downs of my life. 

All my songs are in English and are influenced by artists such as Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Lennon, Cat Stevens, Nick Cave etc… together with stories, tunes, styles and experiences from my life.

I hope that you will find the time to listen/read my songs and somehow, you can relate to the stories being told.
